What this site collects

This site sets no cookies and runs no trackers, analytics, or ads of its own. The web host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security.

If you use the form

The form on the Work with me page sends your name, email, and answers to my own email and to a private spreadsheet in my own Google account. I use them only to reply about coaching. I don't sell or share them. I don't add you to any list unless you ask.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. Turnstile checks your browser, usually without a puzzle, and Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to that check.

I use your email only to reply about coaching. I don't sell or share it. I don't add you to any list unless you ask.

Please don't send medical details. I can't act as your physician here.

The newsletter

The subscribe form is Substack's. It loads only when you open the Subscribe page. When you subscribe, Substack's own privacy policy applies.

Emergencies

In a medical emergency, call 911. In a mental health crisis, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
